The program allowed me to strengthen my clinical judgment, expand my experience, and grow more confident in providing high\u2011quality psychiatric care.&#8221;<\/span><span class=\"uiOutputText\" dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span class=\"uiOutputText\" dir=\"ltr\">What aspect of the residency was most meaningful to you?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span class=\"uiOutputText\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;The most meaningful aspect of the residency was the strong sense of community it created.
